Sachai Tea Company
WHY YOU WILL LOVE THEM
I can’t believe how easy Sachai Tea Company has made it to blend a perfect cup of chai. You simply mix their formula with milk or milk substitute in a 1-to-1 ratio. That’s it…nothing more! We liked to froth it using the wand from our espresso maker, but it’s not even necessary. We also appreciate that he mix is so affordable. Seriously…you can make 8 cups of chai with the 32 oz bottle. That would only buy you less than 3 at a coffee shop. My daughter, who is in high school, loves to bring a chai to school as her breakfast. However, she is always running late in the mornings so she doesn’t usually have time to make one. This mix made it so easy for her to bring a delicious chai to school and she said it was the best part of her mornings. Both of the chai concentrates tasted delicious both cold and hot, making them very versatile.
WHAT PRODUCTS DID WE GET?
Original 32 oz ($18)
Their masala chai is brewed with fresh black tea, sourced from tea gardens in the Assam region of India. It is lightly sweetened, steeped with whole masala spices that provide robust health benefits, and is handcrafted by kinfolk in Birmingham, Alabama. My daughter liked this one best. One morning she even added cinnamon on top.
Harvest Chai ($12.50)
Harvest Chai is their Original Chai Concentrate blended with a bit of cozy fall warmth. They’ve added pumpkin, (Honduran) all spice, and brown sugar to give you all the roasted marshmallow, cozy sweater and warm blanket feels. This one was my favorite. I especially liked to drink it hot.
Bergamot Black loose tea ($12)
A whole leaf black tea grown in the Assam region of India that they infuse with bergamot and vanilla oils. This tea has a strong floral and citrusy aroma and taste. This 2 oz tin yields 12 servings. It can be steeped twice and enjoyed either black or with cream and sugar. I loved the taste of this tea. I added a small amount of light cream to it, but it didn’t even need it. It also smells incredible.
LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL GIFT?
They have a beautiful Glass Tea Steeper that would be lovely to add to a gift basket with their loose tea. Not only is it functional, but it is so beautiful.

WHAT PRODUCTS DID WE GET?
Sampler Tea Bento Box ($34.95)
Inspired by Japan’s rich and exquisite culinary history, our Tea Bento Box is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind tea gift box and our most popular product. Our “bento” style tea gift box is our modern take on Japan’s famous bento box that originated during the 12th century during the Kamakura period, which often contained full meals in lacquered wood boxes.
The 6-pack Sampler Tea Bento Box includes six mini tea tubes of our most popular herbal and caffeinated teas:
Peppermint
Kick your feet up and relax your mind with a soothing blend of peppermint leaves, naturally-sweet licorice, and sage. Enter a state of tranquility with each sip.
I love the peppermint kick in this tea. It tastes amazing iced.
Chocolate
Tea and chocolate… there is no sweeter pair. A sweeter version of their English Breakfast tea, their Chocolate tea adds rich, Belgian chocolate bits to our premium blend of Keemun, Assam, and Ceylon black tea leaves.
Bombay Chai
A twist on our traditional chai, our Bombay Chai is blended with whole-leaf Orange Pekoe black tea leaves from Assam and sensational spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves.
This was my favorite tea and I found myself drawn to it on these cold New England mornings. A splash of cream made it the perfect way to start my day!
Rooibos
A delicious, all-natural, full-bodied South African herbal red tea, our Rooibos (pronounced ROY-boss) tea has a sweet, delicate, and earthy profile.
Winter Bliss
One of our most exquisite and unique tea blends, our Winter Bliss is comprised of three different types of premium whole-leaf teas — Pai Mu Tan white tea, Ceylon black tea, and Chinese green tea — blended together with real bits of toasty almonds and coconuts, cinnamon chips, chocolate, and hazelnuts.
This tea tasted incredible. I actually made a large batch of it and put it in the refrigerator and my family drank the whole pitcher in one day. No need to add any sugar.
Calming Tea
Kick your feet up and relax your mind with a soothing blend of peppermint leaves, naturally-sweet licorice, and sage. Enter a state of tranquility with each sip. In a world that is so focused on the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we need to take time for ourselves and to simply pause. Relax. Meditate. Chill. To find calm amidst chaos.

Yaupon Brothers American Tea Company
WHY YOU WILL LOVE THEM
Yaupon Brothers American Tea Company taught me so much about the benefits of yaupon. For one, it contains around 30% less caffeine than coffee. It has dozens of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, polyphenols and antioxidants to fortify the body and calm the mind. It has been used as an important food, medicine, and ceremonial item by Indigenous people for thousands of years. Each leaf is hand-plucked, carefully dried or fire-roasted, graded and milled, and hand-packed in their facility in Edgewater, Florida. I love the lovely packaging and think it looks great sitting out on my kitchen counters. All of the teas taste amazing and my favorite is the Lavender Coconut. I wish you could smell it!
You know I love a company that gives back… well, five percent of their online sales are donated directly to North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems.

Fire-Roasted Warrior’s Yaupon Tea
$9.99
Pure Yaupon Holly, dried and roasted over an open flame. Naturally caffeinated, organic. Our Fire Roasted Warrior’s blend is the boldest of the Yaupon Brother’s teas, with a slightly smoky flavor. Inspired by the preparation techniques used thousands of years ago by the native Timucua people of Florida. Historically, to speed up the leaf-drying process, they dried leaves in a caldron over a flame. This was used in traditional ceremonial gatherings to prepare braves for war or the hunt.
American Green Yaupon Tea
$9.99
Pure Yaupon Holly. Naturally caffeinated, organic. Our American Green has a light bodied, crisp taste with grassy notes that truly encapsulates the freshness of Yaupon Brother’s teas. The American Green blend is the best way to get the full flavor of Yaupon. One of the most historic blends for Yaupon Brothers, American Green represents how the Indigenous Tribes consumed tea in their every-day life.
I love the classic taste of this green tea. I did put a little honey in it, but it wasn’t necessary.
Winter Wassail Holiday Blend

Back by popular demand! Â Our Winter Wassail is warming and delicious. Hand-crafted with our organic Florida-grown Yaupon, honeybush, cinnamon, licorice root, chamomile, apple pieces, orange peel, and natural flavor, this festive blend will transport you home for the holidays.
