My girls have a new obsession…Dear Evan Hanson…so we were thrilled when it came to Boston. As I started looking for a hotel, I knew I wanted to use my Marriott points and the Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Harbor on Tudor Wharf stood out because it is an all-suite hotel. The 167 suite hotel is located right on the St. Charles River and has stunning views of the Boston Harbor.
We loved our welcome gift from the hotel and enjoyed all our Boston treats!
We were so excited to learn we were upgraded to a Corner Two Bedroom Suite for the night! Let me show you around our beautiful suite!
The first bedroom had a queen bed, with a pillowtop mattress and comfortable pillows. The room had its own television, which is always a plus!
The bathroom in this bedroom was huge and had the most amazing toilet I’ve ever used! It had a remote that controlled all it’s functions…heated seats, as well as wash and dry features. The only thing I didn’t like about the bathroom was the way the shower was built made it hard to avoid getting water all over the floor. My daughter ended up using the second shower because she didn’t want water leaking downstairs.
The second room looked similar to the first except it had a king bed, and it also has its own television.
The most amazing part of this room was the VIEW!!
It also had a bathroom, but this one had a tub/shower combination.
The living room had a sofa bed, oversized chair, and simple decorations.
The room also had a table with seating for 4, as well as complimentary wireless internet that worked great.
Another wonderful feature of the suite is the fully-equipped kitchen. It had a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. It is a wonderful solution if families want to save money while traveling because you can fix your own meals throughout your stay.
The morning after our stay we loved the complimentary breakfast buffet. It had eggs, sausage, home fries, fruit, yogurt, toast, pastries, etc. There was even a make-your-own waffle station.
We enjoyed eating on the outdoor patio that overlooked the marina. It was a beautiful way to start the day.
Pool: I wish we had time to use the hotel’s indoor heated pool because it overlooks the Boston Harbor!
There is also a fitness room. Imagine working out to this view!
The hotel has a spacious lobby with hints of nautical décor, which is fitting since it is by the harbor.
There are plenty of spaces to relax,
and a lovely fireplace that would be nice to sit by on a cold New England night.
