First Impression
As soon as you walk into the hotel and see the wall of lava lamps looming over you, you know this hotel is going to be special.
The Verve features decor inspired by decades of 20th century American pop culture. Walking around the lobby is such a cool experience. there are so many creative areas.
Even the reception desk is fun.
You can’t miss the lit-up Charlie’s Angel wall in the lobby. Tell me you don’t want to strike a pose?
The nostalgia surrounds you because of all the personal details. Check out this vintage candy machine. Although you can’t use this machine, the candy is available to buy in the hotel market.
There are endless places to sit around the hotel and they are all so clever. I want these velvet chairs.
This sitting area shows classic movies.
Make sure you peek into the lobby bathroom if you want to honor Barbie.
On our way to the elevator, we passed these telephone booths. Perfect for photo opps.

We stayed in a
Chill 2 Double Beds
With its brown and black color scheme, the room had a sleek modern decor. Our room had 2 comfortable double beds and the pillows were so plush. There was a 47” flat screen HDTV, a Keurig coffeemaker, and an ironing board and iron. The Wi-Fi worked really well and we never had any problems with it.
Our bathroom was large and the shower had lots of pressure. It also had full size shower amenities, which I love.
After getting settled in our room, we couldn’t wait to explore the hotel. Let me show you around.

Pantry
After a wonderful night’s sleep, we couldn’t wait to go down to Pantry and get some breakfast. Pantry serves breakfast and lunch in a space reminiscent of Julia Child’s kitchen. I love that the restaurant weaves culinary tools of the trade into the room’s architecture.
How great is this wall of milk bottles.
They serve a breakfast that was delicious and had lots of options.
