Natalie worked part time as a skincare specialist at a spa and wellness center in Orlando, Florida. She loved helping people learn how to take care of their skin and decided to go a step further and created her very own skincare line. She carries skin scrubs, lip scrubs, organic soaps and all things body care! I love how often she changes her line to match the seasons.
All of her products are handmade, by herself, in her home. You can see the love she puts in each of them by looking at the details. Look at this gorgeous soap!

Culture Cake Kit
One of the things we most loved doing this past year was being together in the kitchen to try new recipes. Honestly…anything to get kids off their phones these days is a plus. Not only is it a great life skill, but we have so much fun laughing together. Culture Cake Kit is a wonderful company that lets you experience a different culture, discover news flavors and snacks, and recreate traditional flavors in a modern cupcake.

As a former teacher, you know I love to sneak in education whenever I get a chance. Each kit comes with a pamphlet that tells about the country of the month. We learned all about Bulgaria…the terrain, the cuisine, the day of Baba Marta, and martenits, red and white colored bands that symbolize health and happiness. We even learned a few phrases: ”Hello!” is “Dobar den!”

One of my favorite rooms in my house is the master bathroom. It is my oasis and has become a place of relaxation and restoration. Nights were spent in a warm bubbly tub sipping on wine while wearing a face mask. Showers involved dry brushing, scented soaps, and moisturizing body butters. Juice Beauty uses certified organic ingredients, so I feel comfortable if my daughters uses them. I love that they purchase the majority of their ingredients from local West Coast USDA Certified Organic farms. I also like that they don’t use inexpensive fillers and they never test on animals.

However, it is more than that…it’s a feeling of old world charm. It’s sorta like living in a Hallmark Christmas movie…lol. New England is a magical place filled with local small businesses that create premium, unique products. Touch of New England is a subscription box that will make you feel like you’re traveling here without leaving your home.
