Give Joy Crate Subscription Box

Words are powerful and can inspire, comfort, and drive you to live your best life. (Can you tell I miss teaching language arts?)  Give Joy Crate is a seasonal lifestyle and home décor subscription box that focuses on surrounding yourself and your family with joy.  This company is driven to live in truth and are passionate about creating joy.

We were so thrilled to have the chance to take a peek at this inspirational box and could not wait to look at what was inside.  First of all, how cute is the outside of this box???

When you undo the bow and open the box you see pretty wrapping paper and tape.  So Cute! There is also a card that reads:

May your walls know joy,

May every room hold laughter & every

Window open to great possibilities.

We were shocked by how much fun stuff was inside this box!!

What comes in each box?

The box contains six to eight boutique-worthy products for your home and life.  All of the products are adorned with words that encourage joy and each box ties into a theme.  We were really excited to see our theme was Find Joy in Your Journey.

Ok…Ok…What did we get??

Always Choose Joy Tea Towel

 (From: Primitives by Kathy)

I absolutely love this kitchen towel! The chalkboard background and mason jar image are perfect for the farmhouse look of my kitchen.

Journey Jar

 (From: Blue Eyed Dog Vintage)

This jar is meant to hold treasures from a special moment.  You can put sand, shells, or small trinkets that remind you of the memories you made there.  Be creative! Put some confetti from your surprise party or some lake water that reminds you of a moonlight swim.  My daughter is going to search for mementos when we head to Ireland and put them in this jar.

Shine Pop Open Cards

 (From: Compendium Inspired)

These adorable popup cards are perfect for when you want to brighten someone’s day.  We opened two and they said:

“Celebrate the humanness, celebrate your craziness…celebrate you.”

-Leo Buscaglia

“Let nothing dim the light that shines within you.”

-Maya Angelou

Find Joy in the Journey Tote Bag

(Give Joy Crate Design)

This tote is the perfect size to use at the beach since my girls now carry their own bags.  I can’t wait to throw in a book, a magazine, my sunscreen, and my water bottle.

Choose Joy Hand Lettered Desk Sign

 (From: The Sandlapper Company)

My oldest daughter is redoing her room with a rustic theme.  I owned this sign for about five minutes before she convinced me it would look better in her room.  I don’t blame her…she’s right.  It looks amazing in her new room!

Verse of the Week Card Holder

(From: Primitives by Kathy)

This is a wonderful way to display printouts of your favorite Bible verse.  My daughter pointed out that if you are not religious, you could print out a verse from an inspirational song.

Count it All Joy Print

This one will hang by my desk in my office! I have the perfect reclaimed wood frame to put it in.

Find Joy in Your Journey Print

My youngest daughter wanted this one.  She loves the idea of “journey” and that it’s not a destination. We are framing the print for her room.

What is the cost of the subscription box?

A box will arrive once each season.

You can pay for the 4 seasons up front for $260 (That’s $60 per box).

You can also pay in quarterly installments of $65 each time.

You can buy a gift box or purchase one season for $70.

Give joy back!

Give Joy Crate makes it a priority to donate a portion of the proceeds from each season to a different cause.  My box went towards AmericasKidsBelong.org which is seeking to end the foster care and adoption crisis in the U.S.
