For the past few months, I’ve been trying to be conscious not only about the food I’m putting in my body, but also what I’ve been using on my face, skin, nails, and hair. I have sensitive skin, so it’s often hard to find products that work well on my skin. I’ve been using an amazing skincare line called Restorsea Pro and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. Travel is a wonderful adventure, but it can wreak havoc on your skin. I will definitely be bringing these products with me when I finally go on my next trip. Let me tell you all about them.
WHAT PRODUCTS HAVE I BEEN USING?
REVIVING CLEANSER ($65)
The one I use is made for normal/dry skin. I love that it removes my makeup without stripping my skin of its essential oils. It leaves my skin soft and is the perfect product to end my day with. I use a dime-size amount every night before bed to remove my makeup.
PRO INTENSIVE TREATMENT 10X SERUM ($195)
I just recently started using serums and I think it’s hard to find ones that are not oily or filmy. This serum is amazing. It’s light, goes on smooth, and absorbs quickly. It has the same effect as using prescription retinols with no irritation. I use one pump every night after my cleanser.
REJUVINATING DAY CREAM ($150)
I never go a day without putting on day cream, and this one is much better than any I have used in the past. It is not greasy, doesn’t go on too thick, and my skin feels like it can breathe with it on, even when I’m doing activities and am sweating. This day cream reduces redness and flaky skin. Since I lived at the lake all summer, this cream has helped combat my skin from all the damage I’ve done this summer with sun, wind, and sweat. I use a dime-size amount every morning.
REVITALIZING EYE CREAM ($85)
Every since I’ve turned 40, eye cream has worked its way into my daily skin care routine. I love this one and after only one month I feel like I can already see results on my skin. This eye cream helps reduce the appearance of crow’s feet and dark circles. I use my ring finger to apply a tiny amount under my eye working from the inner corner to outer corner working upward to the eye lid and brow bone.
PRO INTENSIVE HAND TREATMENT 10X ($100)
This hand treatment is not your typical hand lotion. This product reduces the appearance of dry patches and dark spots. This will be a wonderful product to use this winter when my hands are dry and cracked from all of the cold weather activities we do outside. You can use a pea-size amount on your hands at least three times per day.
WHY TRAVELERS WILL LOVE THEM
I love the effect these products have had on my skin. Often, product that clear me up end up making my skin dry and irritable, but this line has kept my skin soft and glowing. It is made of non-toxic ingredients and contains no parabens, sulfates, silicones, or mineral oil. I love that they are natural and non-toxic, so I would feel comfortable allowing my preteen/teenage daughters to use it.
